Default Club Car RH Side Tire Won'tAlign

My daughter was driving her Grand=parent's golf cart when the tie rod end on the passenger side broke. It slammed the tire around pretty hard, but all appeared ok. Got a new tie rod end, and tire toes-out badly, even with end adjusted all the way in. I looked, and noticed the a-arm was bent a bit so we replaced it. It made no difference. I can't turn the tie rod in any more, I see nothing else bent either. What am I missing here? I am going to try and attach a picture.

Looks like your whole alignment is off. You need to loosen the drivers side also and manually turn both wheels straight. Then adjust your toe accordingly. I had a similar issue after installing a wheel base extender. I'd unhook both sides, set your tires straight, set your steering wheel straight and the adjust your tie rods on both sides. Let me know if I can help anymore.

You need to turn the tie rod OUT.

On a DS it would go out, but picture is of a President. Those tie rods attach to the forward part of the steering knuckle, so OP is right to turn it inward. Probably have other parts bent but the shortcut would be: adjust the other side tie rod in too, till the tires are parallel, then center up the steering wheel.
