07 Precedent // upper motor end quetion
Hi
I have had this cart from day on. It has servered me well for 8 years. Lifted tires gov off 2nd seat hitch and lots of there things I installed new fuel pump only for the same issue to happen. Thought I had figured it. lol Cruise half throttle for a half mile and motor dies out, slowly sputters out. I sit there cranking and nothing. Wait 4 minutes or so and choke it.... fires up.. Off I go like nothing happened. Any ideas or has this maybe happened to you, only you fixed the issue? Does anyone know of a place or site so I can rebuild my top end if I need to after doing a compression check. What should it be? Any ideas? Thanks |

Compression should be around 145 to 156psi,
I'm not exactly sure what's going on with your cart, the best thing to do when it dies is.... check for spark and fuel, and maybe a good carb cleaning is in order. |
