the resistor speed control is the limiting factor, it was intended for stock motor & golf use. like i said, all the clubcar motors bolt right on your stock axle, so if you ask around about a stock CC 36v motor, you might find one capable of closer to 20mph. if you put a hotrod motor on there, the resistor speed control will be the next one to fail.

your stock motor would do fine on 48v, it would provide 33% more speed & torque. for good pricing on alltrax controllers, check www.cartsunlimited.net/series-controllers.html.

Yes , Swamp cooler. Its been known to get a little hot here. Here is a look at the temp right now.
