Default Positive Camber 07 G29

Why would my stock non lifted G29 have positive camber. Enough in fact to noticeably wear the outside of both front tires and near no wear on the inside.

The frame doesn't appear to be bent anywhere, I just replaced spindle, shock, and a arms from a take off G29 and was no change. The one thing that seems funny to me is it appears the front end doesn't settle down on the shocks all the way. For example I can stand on the front of the cart and jump up and down and it doesn't seem like there is a lot of suspension travel.

What they found was some of the front shocks were welded wrong.
