I think most people with TXT'S put the speakers in the two storage compartments in the dash.
That would be the easiest and best location. Speakers down at your feet and in the engine compartment don't work well for long. I had a boat configured like that once! Always getting kicked, sound being sent away from you instead of at you and at your feet! |

I agree gearhead, I wouldn't want to damage a good pair of quality speakers.
