The crank seal I would assume is ruled out only because it runs fine at very low r.p.m but the plug issue you could be on to something when you play with the chock it just dies on anything I pull out does not run stronger or blubber just dies wold I likely have to move that module off my frame rail?

Well the spark looks very weak now almost can't see it and it's red tried several different plugs and now coil's with the same result is it possible the heI module over heated both times it acted up it was about 25 deg warmer outside like 80 were at 55 60 deg this did not happen.

I should also mention 50 deg this morning cart has sat all night and weak spark was the result

Tried replacing the module same results. Just very weak red spark can barely see it does anyone know what this pulse should own at maybe the new coil got to hot and went bad? Does any one know what that ohms at

Did you buy an HEI coil or just a regular automotive coil? If you bought an HEI coil, I would doubt that it would be bad. Be sure that your engine is well grounded to the piece of metal that the coil is mounted to. Running an extra ground wire might be a good idea.

Also be sure that the HEI module is well grounded.

Ran mutiple jumpers from ground just to eliminate that

I'm stumped- are you sure the rest of your connections are good? The HEI modules are built to take high temps under the hood- you had it bolted to bare metal right? The module was designed to be firing 4 times faster than you have it working (an 8 cylinder 4 cycle engine).
Did you try reversing the leads that come from the pulser in the engine? |

I did reverse the leads and yes frame rail was bare cart ran great with pulse leads reversed I'm going to ohm out coIL and pulser just need a ohm quantity sound's like 2_4 for the could and pulse should be 75 and 150 ?
