HEI conversion 2pg
Can anybody provide me the benefits of a HEI conversion on a 2pg ?

The biggest benefit is that the stock ignitor is very expensive. If it ever burns up, the HEI mod is a cheap alternative.
On the performance side of things, it provides a hotter more reliable spark. For a 9 hp cart that will hit a maximum of 18 mph, does that really matter? Eh...… I know that my cart fires up very reliably in cold weather. Would it do that without the mod? I don't have a clue. |

Cost benefit is there. I agree on the performance not improving on this engine. Just thought I was missing something. |
