Default Tweaking, upgrade parts, make it faster!!

So, we got the new cart home and I immediately wanted it to go faster. It is a 2002 TXT with the Robin engine in it. I found the spring governor and tightened that and got it to go from 11 mph to 17mph.

Is there a bigger carburetor I can get for this engine, or bigger jets? They way it looks, I might be able to put on one of my scooter performance exhausts to the engine, thus requiring more fuel. IE: bigger carb or bigger jets. Is this possible?

I already have a list of new parts going on, springs, shocks, seat, before any engine upgrades. Have to level it and get it sitting right! I have a big shopping list on Amazon, is there a better place to get parts from? And since I own a scooter repair shop does anyone know of a supplier I can star an account with to get the parts at wholesale and not retail?

Hope that's not too much and I appreciate all feedback!!

Maybe you will want to add a blower.

I haven't had much luck with finding performance upgrades for my Robin 295, so I'm interested to know what you find out. Everyone that I've talked to has basically said to do an engine swap.
