Default Rear axle flip blocks 2004 ezgo 875

Is there a direct swap kit to put leaf springs on top of axle? Rear end has Rear hydraulic brakes and cable emergency brakes that need to be worked around. Before I have to rig something rough looking up, is there any other kit that would work for me? I've had a hard time finding anything for a lift, probably because it's an industrial cart.

With the way those bump stops are positioned, I don't think you're going to have an easy time with this without cutting those off, and doing a considerable amount of welding/fab work to make it happen. IMO I don't know that it would be worth it. You may be better off with some extended shackles or something to give it a little extra clearance... Maybe some different springs with more arch perhaps?

I don't think that cart was ever meant to be lifted, so without going with a completely custom fabricated lift, I don't think you're going to find an off-the-shelf solution.

I think you're right. Extended shackles will be long and get caught up on every thing I go over. I thought about springs with more arch, I can't find anything for lift springs so would have to have a shop make them which is going to be pricey and most likely would ride horrible. I think I'll have to get over not wanting to cut it up, and make a perch that clears the brake cable and lines.

For fun. I ride around the neighborhoods and wonder 2-3 miles from the house. I take my gf and kid out and the 2 dogs ride on the back. Eventually I'd like to find a dump bed from a kubota or polaris UTV and mount it on the back, then fill the gap between the seats and dump bed with a small body panel. It also has a cab that'll get put on for the winter.

Thanks. My front is similar, I have leaf springs and originally axle was on top of springs. I flipped the axle perch and had to redo the steering for the front. The rear has leaf springs also and axle is on top of springs so I had to come up with a different set up to work around the parking cable vs the cart you linked to i think originally had coil springs in the rear. I'll post some pics when I finish the rear. It wasn't a hard swap, I was just being stubborn about cutting off the brackets on the rear which I gave in and did.

I think you got it figured out. I want to see the pics when it's done.
