Choke Cable gets extremely hot
We have a 1984 EZGO 2 stroke golf cart that we finally got running, but within a couple of minutes, the choke cable got so hot the rubber coating melted off. Since this isn't a cable directly connected to a power source, what would cause this?

Re: Choke Cable gets extremely hot
That was my thought too, but my husband says it is grounded. I think we need to double check that. Thanks.
