Default Steering Damper Help On Lifted TXT

I have a Pre-2001 TXT with a factory 4" Premium Lift from the ST. I want to add a Steering Damper. The EZGO Economy Lift actually has a spot for adding a Steering Stabilizer but the Premium Lift does not. Anyone have any ideas on how I can affix one?

I don't think of all the years on this board I've seen an answer to that question or anyone that has installed one. The Economy Lift uses stock spindles and that extra arm on the passenger side spindle was used for toeing fleet carts.. Why do you feel you need one?

A damper isnt going to fix a worn steering box.

If you just want it to look cool, just weld in a couple tabs and bolt it in. But functionally I doubt it's going to add anything.

Well you could put your stock spindles back on it, then add risers to the spindle arms that the tie-rods hook to, then you would have the extra arm to hook it up and look cool.

BTW.. Welcome to Buggies.

Yeah probably due for a steering box rebuild, but I really want that Stabilizer on without too much fabrication work. The front end on these lifted TXT’s look so light and airy, wanna put some BEEF on it. Thanks for the input y’all.
