87 ez go marathon gas suddenly dies.

I have a 1987 ez go marathon 2cycle gas that will run fine then just die out of no where and then continually gets worse. I’ve done the hei conversion and I’ve tested the ohms from the pulsar they were fine and I’ve checked them from the coil to solenoid as well and fine. Just and idea of everything I’ve done is new top end and crank seals. New solenoid and hei conversion. New reverser switch new plug coil and plug. New fuel pump. New carb and new reed valve and I have double checked all for issues. Also removed muffler cause it was clogged. I rebuilt my own from a 4 wheeler. This seems to be electrical. I thought maybe key switch or pedal switch but I can leave pedal depressed when it does and shut key off then turn back on and it will take off so I don’t think it’s the pedal switch. The key I’m not totally sure but I can mess with it after it dies and it nothing happens unless I turn off then back on and will run again til dies. And it doesn’t like bog and die like running out of file it just dies. I can let off pedal and get back I. And runs again til just dying shortly after.
