Rear axle, motor, starter, battery, fuel pump, air box assembly, choke assembly, shop time = $2,000.00 MINIMUM - and this is used parts at a DEAL. It will be cheaper to buy a used gas cart...

Just fix the motor and call it done...

My 2 cents get a job at a shop work for cheap to start sweeping and watching, lifting but always watching how things work and are done. You can save up to fix your motor or buy a gas cart. Don't waste your time on a project that will drain your resources.

taylor, what year is your cart? I have a 36 volt series motor that was running good when it was removed to upgrade to a higher performance motor. If you are interested you can PM me and maybe we can make a deal. This would give you a direct replacement and get you up and running for a very reasonable sum.

No sweat....just thought I would throw that out there. What year is your cart? If it's older there is no computer to deal with. Really the electric carts are not that complicated. It teaches you alot about wiring and electrical. With what you are trying to do, that's difficult. You would be better off fixing the cart you have with a used motor and then sell it and buy a descent used gas cart with the money.
