Seat cushions seperating

Have a 2004 Precedent with the usual seat separating issue. The seat back has the entire top with the cushion separating from its plastic back and the bottom cushion is starting to do the same. The backrest part looks like possible the previous owner may have tried to re-glue but not sure. Is there a repair for this or way of remounting it?
