I installed the Controller, Cables and Motor last night. Pretty impressive. The cart is not completely back together for a good ride. I am waiting on lift kit that should arrive today.

First try at pics. Here it goes. This is before lift (still waiting) hopefully you will see pics tonight with lift and larger tires.. I just used GPS and it is 26.1 flat ground with windshield down and stock tires.

Lookin' Good!!!

I almost mounted Ike's solenoid on the controller like you did, I just didn't trust the plastic push nuts to hold that heavy 400A solenoid for the long term..

Shoot, we got the same pickup!!! Almost....

My truck is only missing the two back doors!

I will not have the lift until Wednesday, thanks to UPS or Utterly Poor **** as I will refer to them from now on! This guy tried twice to overnight my lift kit and they F#$@ed it up both times! I have one stranded in KY and one stranded in FL. I will not be surprised if I get two lift kits on Wednesday. On top of all this I will not have a 3 day weekend to work on it once the parts actually get here.

UPS SUCKS!!!!!!! Who would have ever thought I would be a fan of the USPS?

I feel your pain with UPS... I try to specify FedEx wherever possible, even if it costs a few bucks more.. The apes that work for UPS could tear up a cannonball with a powderpuff!! Every package I've had delivered by FedEx arrived in good enough condition to be put back on the showroom floor.. Everything that UPS delivers looks like it has been dragged behind the truck from the shipper to my door...

Shouldn't take more than an afternoon to install the lift.. Drop me a PM if you'd like some help with it..
