Re: 48 volt no reverse
hi.i wanted to edit my abvove post but i dont see an edit button.the reason i am looking for this resistor is because in another thread some body said that if you reverse the bottom two terminals on the outside micro switch and reverse starts working then it has to be the reverse speed control resistor.my reverse works fine when i swap these two terminals so i was hoping it was this.searching the forum has not helped as there is only one thread pertaining to the location of the resistor and it only said the it might be in the three pin connector where ever that is.

Re: 48 volt no reverse
ok i found it using a wiring diagram one of the guys here posted.it is about 6 inches down inside of the wire loom coming from the micro switches.there is a short piece of shrink tubing it is inside of.hope this helps somebody else if they are ever searching for an answer.i just bypassed it.
EDIT:it was roady89 who posted the wiring diagrams.thanks man!! |
