Yea, probably too much oil, is the cart lifted? If so don't go by the dipstick. Drain the oil and replace with 1.5 qts and remark the dipstick.

Check your compression. If low and the valves are adjusted properly then you have blow by at the rings and will need to rebuild. Oil in the breather is a sign of worn rings if comp. is low and your valves are adjusted.

First do the valves.
Than test the compression.
Than put a few drops of engineoil in the engine an do a new compressiontest.
Is the second test better, the rings and maybee the pistons are bad.
(The oil in the engine wil give better compression a short time.)
No difference, then its the valves.

What cathump said. I also had a 98 Oasis that was a mosquito fogger when I first got it. Was thinking rebuild motor.. Had about 1/2 qt too much oil. Took the extra out and just ran it for a while and it has quit..

Ford, I just rebuilt my 350 a month ago. It was also blowing oil. My compression was 110 and 120. I replaced the exhaust valves and piston rings. I think the valves cost 12.00 each and the rings were like 20.00 each set. With a new head gasket and shipping you should be under a hundred, unless of course you find other issues.
