Valve stem seals
Can you change the seals in the cart? I was wanting to know if you can just charge the cylinder with air and remove the rockers and change that way. Or do you need to remove the head.

Remove the spark plugs and the valve cover. Watch one cylinder at a time and observe when the piston is coming up on the compression stroke (i.e. both valves closed) now dribble a length of nylon rope into the spark plug hole remembering to not put it all in. slowly turn the engine by hand until you feel resistance. Now the rope should be holding the valves closed and away you go. When you are done wind the engine a little backwards, remove the rope and start on the other cylinder.
