Default Wheel wobble

Ok so I am getting frustrated. My 97 G16 has a wheel wobble on the driver side rear wheel for the lattes years. I finally decided to fix it over the winter. First we checked the wheel itself by swapping with the other side and the wobble remained. Next I replaced the axle and still the same. Today I replaced the hub and still the same. What else is left for me to check. I am handy but by no means a mechanic so thanks for any recommendations!

Look to see if the brake drum as well as the wheel, fit flat against the hub, meaning, there is not an obstruction (small rock or something) forcing the drum or the wheel, to not seat flat against the hub.

After thinking, you may have to replace the drum as well, if you've run it like that for a long time. The drum is possibly warped from the brakes rubbing it at the wrong angle. Brake shoes as well.

I have a EZGO but I had a wheel wobble myself. I swapped wheels just like you did and the wobble was still there. I took it to a guy who works on carts and has a great machine shop. He pulled the axle and drum. Put the axle on his lathe. It was perfect. He put the drum on the axle and on the lathe and got the wobble. Turns out the drum was thicker on one side that faces the wheel than on the other. He milled the drum true on his lathe and the wobble is GONE!. Charge me $40. It was well worth it. The wobble is not noticeable when you have the stock 8 inch wheels but when you go 12" wheels and 23 inch tires it get pronounced.

When did the wobble start? Had you upgraded anything before? new wheels or brake drums?
Check to see if the drum is seating (mounting flush) over the round centering ring of the axle and then if the rim is seating flush to the drum and axle surface.
I have had a cart where the owner replaced his shoes and drums before and got a wobble. Ended up being the center hole was @ .035 smaller than the axle centering ring and wasn't sitting flat to the axle, caused him all kind of grief!
Remove center cap of rim and check for mounting flatness there also. Maybe center cap too small diameter?
