Default Should the underside look like this?

Looking at buying this G29 and I looked underneath and saw this. I don't have anything to compare it to, but it doesn't look like it came from the factory like this.

Is this a problem? I want to add a Jakes Long Travel lift and some other stuff, did they grind off something I need?

Thanks for any help!

Those 2 chopped-off things were not from the factory. One side will need the rest of it removed for the lift kit install. It will be in the way of the bracket that lowers the panhard bar.

Thank you for the help. I've decided to pass on this cart and look for a different one.

Wow that is a tough one, why would you weld something to the cradle and the frame? I would be asking for a rebate on that if I were buying. Looks like someone had a welder but not a clue.
