Default Need help with G16 smoking

Got a G16 that will starts smoking 99 (blue smoke) after itS get up to operating temp and eventually fouls the spark plug.. Have checked compression (95# hot), checked carb float and settings, adjusted valves, oil return hose and check valve check ok.
Any ideas as to other probable causes would be appreciated.

95# is way low. I'm not aware of an oil return line or check valve on a G16. Earlier models, yes.

Check to make shure the compression reading is with the carb throttle shaft is at "wide open position". Useually with smoking/fouling, it's colapsed oil rings. Sounds like a valve might not be closing on the low compression. They can stick because of carbon.
