Default Bolt on high performance motor on yamaha

I'm going to be building a new cart from a 06 g27a and a 06 g22a. I'll be using the 27's rear end with 15:1 gears. I want to put a strong motor with the big block kit. I found a 670cc predator and a new yamaha converted to a carb on plowmans. But im trying to see if anyone has any other idea on bolt on replacements. Any links, info questions would help. I appreciate you reading this. Thanks.

No biggie but you'll probably get more (relative) response in the gas powered section since this is more electric focused. I would imagine you could have a crazy fast cart with a 600+cc engine. One reason I didn't go gas was I knew I'd be looking for a salvage 600 streetbike for a donor and the wife would kill me.

Gas is nice, but electric is quiet... Better for hog hunting or running people over quietly.
