Default 97 clubcar gas no start.

97 clubcar gas will not crank over when i hit the pedal.. Have power to the blue wire on the solnoid and the big post on one side has power. But nothing on the orange wire to the small post on solnoid or the post where the white wire is going to starter/gen. Have tried a new solnoid . Still no start. Any info on this would be helpful. If i knew what power up the solnoid. Thanks brent
