Voltage reducer for stereo. Factory one or add its own. thoughts?

I couldn't bring myself to cut into the factory harness so I'm doing an additional one to run all of my non-factory accessories. Putting a switch on it so it can be on while the cart is technically off. I use a BT speaker for sound but will use it for under lights and I'm planing on running a Dometic chest fridge for "beverages".
