2014 RXV won’t move??? Help please!!!

I went out to take a ride today I heard a clicking noise coming from the charger and the light on it was blinking green off and on. I didn’t think anything about until I got on the cart put it reverse and nothing happened. I have plenty of charge and lights/stereo work great. I called the place I bought it from and they initially thought maybe the brake was bad or stuck so he had me flip the plugs under the tow switch to 1-3 and 4-2 to see if the cart would move and it does. As soon as I switch them back to 1-2 and 4-3 it locks back up and won’t move in forward or reverse. Batteries are brand new US Batteries and it has the upgraded 350 amp controller/solenoid on it. The cart was working great last night! I had a buddy test the charger on his and it worked just fine so I know it’s not a bad charger. Has anyone seen this issue with their RXV?

Look at your charger port on the cart, is the green LED "stuck on"? If so, the charge port is disabling your cart. Led on cart side socket should not be lit at all when charger not plugged in.

I just went and checked and it’s not on and won’t come even when plugging in the cart

I swapped out the controller real quick and that’s not it! Could it be the brake system?

With the charger unplugged from cart, unplug the small blue wire on the back side of the charge port. Check that short blue wire from the port for power, with your other lead connected to battery pack B-. It should read 0v when charger plugged in, full power when charger not plugged in.
