1999 owner shorted connecting batteries
Howdy folks. Here is my situation. A friend brought me his cart. I don't know EXACTLY what it is. I know it is a 1999 by the model tag, L399, serial 1229241. The owner replaced the batteries. When he connected the last one it arced and damaged the battery stud so he had to use a terminal adaptor. He said he had the tow switch in the wrong position when he connected them. The cart does nothing when the pedal is depressed. I'm very mechanical but new to the electric carts. Can anyone guide me in the right direction or to a troubleshooting manual? Appreciate any help on this.
