Beyond Stumped 92 electric ezgo

1992 electric ezgo. I don’t think I’ve ever been so stumped over something in my life. I’ve replaced everything on this cart. Every moving part. Spent hours staring at wiring diagrams. I know everything is getting power. Batteries are also brand new. I just think I’m missing something really simple. I replaced the motor with a AMD SPEED 6HP. It didn’t come with instructions so I assume it hooks up like the old one along with controller and solenoid. When I turn the key forward the solenoid clicks and the resistor isn’t getting hot. Anything would help at this point. Thank you in advance

The solenoid should not click until pedal is pushed.

these things can drive you nuts, I had a similar issue and found the FNR switch assembly had a corroded terminal, you can't see it until you pull it from the mount and inspect it , the tell tell sign is a bent or crooked post.
