Default ITS

So my cart stopped. I was driving and then poof, no "go." Everything else works, radio, lights, solenoid clicks, indicator shows almost a full charge and the cart lurches everyonce in a while. But...

I was told that it COULD be the ITS but I was hoping for a second opinion.

Could be many things. What year and drivetrain is in the cart?

Make up a short 6g cable and jump the large posts on the solenoid. If the cart works normally the solenoid is bad. Use proper safety procedures when working on the cart.

Also, give every large cable a good tug and twist, especially those 4 down on the motor. Check F/R assembly for signs of heat or pitting of contacts.

Based on your avatar photo, large tires and a rear seat and it lurches once in awhile, how big is your controller? If it's not a 400a model or larger, that could be your problem.
