Found this info, but can not verify the accuracy:

Model 1311 Handheld Programmer is offered in four access level models:
• 1311-1101 User programmer (most restrictive programmer; limited view into the system and a limited number of parameters and operations)
• 1311-2201 Service programmer
• 1311-3301 Dealer programmer
• 1311-4401 OEM programmer (the broadest access to parameters and system values)

Thanks for the info. I've done some more searching and do not find anything on a 1311-IQMD-P programmer. What I've found is 4 models: the one I have is the 1311-4401 (OEM). The others are 1211-3301 (Dealer), 1311-2201 (service), and the 1311-1101 (user). I don't know which one I need to change the parameters, specifically for REGEN. I thought the OEM (Origional Equipment Manufacturer) would have given me access: apparently, I was wrong.

I got mine through club car and thats the story they told me...sorry about the misinformation. The part number for my programmer is 102248804 and it can do all programming. Now that I look at the back of the programmer itself its model is 1311-4404. I went through this same hoopla the first time around when they sent me the user model so I understand your frustration.
