![]() Cart stopped working, replaced solenoid and key switch, pack voltage at switch.
Ran blue wire that went to charger receptacle to pack positive post, reverse beeper works now. Voltage to solenoid but no ground, ran ground wire to pack neg terminal and solenoid works. Tow/Run switch does nothing. Switching 2/3 plugs releases cart to move. Pack voltage is over 49.3. I have a multimeter. All advice gratefully accepted. 2015 RXV |

![]() While you're trying to figure out what's wrong charge up those batteries. Sounds like you're not passing the startup test. Here is a troubleshooting guide to help you.

![]() While I was testing voltages I got a funny reading while holding end of probe on a wire on top of battery. If I put voltmeter across the top of any battery I get voltage. This is on the plastic cases not the posts. Looks like battery pack is live everywhere all the time. Any idea what is going on?
Hooked up charger while I was getting ready to post this and checked again and most of the voltages dropped to almost nothing now. SO confused, lol |
