If its below 50.9v in the morning you're going to need your FIL's meter to go any farther.

Well it shut off a little while ago. When I checked it with my multimeter, it red 53.4... My meter on the cart read 53.0. Idk where those 4 tenths went to. I was suprised to see it go from 60.5 (last time I looked while it was charging) to 53 after so quickly. Ill check it in the morning.

And it's already reading 50.9 on multimeter... 50.3 on my meter in cart. ill see what it is when I get up tomorrow. Maybe my meter is way off for some reason. Seems like it is increasing in variance

50.9 volts is good. If it's the same in the morning your batteries are good. If not measure each battery individually and see if they are within a few tenths of a volt of each other. Use the DVM not the SOC meter.

Everything you posted so far looks normal, just a few suggestions:
1) Use your voltmeter and measure the voltage directly on the back of the SOC meter, that will tell you if the SOC meter is accurate or if you need to run new wires to the pack for the SOC meter. 2) Make sure the negative from your voltage converter is connected to the controller B- side of the OBC, not directly to the pack negative. If the converter negative is connected to pack negative and You use your lights/radio a lot, that current is not being factored by the OBC in the recharge process. 3) You can always remove the pack negative cable for 10 minutes to allow the OBC to reset. The OBC will then run another baseline analysis of your pack the next charge cycle using the dv/dt method (similar to the DPI charger). |

So this morning, my SOC meter shows 50.0... Multimeter is showing 50.5. Back of SOC meter show 50.3

And my converter negative I'd hooked up to the pack negative. Ill have to find where that controller B- is

Now check each battery individually. They should all be within a couple of tenths of each other. 8.49v is ideal. BTW don't rely on the SOC meter it is for reference only.
