i60L Battery or Programming Issue?
I have a 2022 Icon I60L and loved it, has 1k miles on it.
But recently it runs great for the first 5-10 miles at 48v but after battery percentage drops below ~85%, its stays down at 40v. Furthermore, when I come to a complete stop, acceleration takes forever not to mention sometimes I hear it "click" out of gear (similar to when you turn the golf cart on and you need to wait for the same "click" before you're able to move) and I am unable to move unless I turn the cart on/off. Anyway, wondering if its most likely a bad battery or there may be a setting under NEOS that I can mess around with. Current settings are similar if not identical to ones posted in the controller thread with top speedometer reading 33mph. Thanks in advance! |

Re: i60L Battery or Programming Issue?
So checked voltage and all batteries seem fine, even under 60%. Strange.

Update - returned cart to dealer and said the programming changes draw too much amperage, have to go back to stock settings.
Anyone else have these issues? Literally after about 4-5 miles the cart runs at 40v only. |

That still sounds like a bad battery. I would try looking at the voltage across every battery, one at a time when the problem is happening. You might need a multimeter that can store max and min values.
Hook it across a battery and drive. Move it to the next one a repeat. |

How did they check them? Under load? I wouldn't trust them...

How’s the deceleration when the issue is happening? Feel like a brake dragging (hydraulic or EMB)?
