Rally Cart Project
Ive decided I can wait any longer to post SOMETHING!
Still looking for a cart to use, but I have a powerplant! They are old, but they have been taken care of very well mechanically. The 500 will go into a cart. It is putting out almost 60 horsepower and they guy who owns it (~200lbs) could cruise at 80 and he could hold the skis up for 30 ft or so from a dead stop. Not bad for an old sled! |

Re: Rally Cart Project
Cool! The 440 Panther engine will fit in an EZGO. I put a 96 Arctic Cat Jag which is the same as the Panther in this cart. You wont be disappointed! Just make sure you have a clean pair of shorts waiting when you get done riding the cart.
Edit, I see you want to use the 500 Cheetah instead. That should be fast!! Last edited by Xtreme Cartz; 07-15-2007 at 05:13 PM.. |

Re: Rally Cart Project
And since it's going in a Club Car, it should be faster yet.

I had them dropped off yesterday morning and the 500 sounded pretty scary I decided to give the panther a short run though since it was rideable. Having never ridden a snowmobile I was impressed with the torque I got out of it. Are you using the ezgo driven clutch? |

Re: Rally Cart Project
Dero, they make a 2.5" lowering kit for Yamaha G19 models. It's made by Manboobs Racing.
Here is a video of their '98 G19E doing 50.5mph. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjRPMeeqBSc |

Re: Rally Cart Project
Except you'll have a gas-powered cart, so you're naturally going to be faster.
Now all you need is a cart to put it in and you're set! |
