Question one wheel alignment question

"97 CC DS

When I have the driver side wheel pointed straight and the steering wheel rotated straight, my passenger side wheel is pointed outward. Almost two years ago, I had to have the tie rod end replaced on the passenger side.

Question:
How do I align my left wheel with the right wheel? Do I have to remove the tie rod and screw the end in, or is there an easier way?

Decided that this (front alignment) is not something that I wanted to do right now. Sooo, I sent the cart out to have someone else fuss with it. The gentleman that picked it up, did not like my front wheels . They're trailer wheels and only about 3.5 inches thick . Turns on a dime though. With 11" wide tires in the back and skinny in the front, it looks like one of those drag strip "funny cars." Of course, right now it's just my "rat car" and looks a bit ragged. I still need to sand it, paint it and build the wood truck bed on the back, that will convert to a rear seat for the grandkids when they visit.
