on the Excel car some people have had lots of trouble upgrading controllers, on the IQ cart very little difficulty, also the TPS vs MCOR and no wiring for rear lights, and they can't be sped up with the Normal tricks

Ok The 2011 is an Excel Cart .. Serial # PH1118-xxxxx. They say it has already been set at speed code 4.
