Default Bad Key switch

Been having problems with My 02 CC runs then stopped running. Thought maybe solenoid or MCOR problem. Turned out to be Key switch was bad, it would work then it would not, bypassed it and runs. I did run it for 2 to 3 miles and then it started running slower. Have new batteries in and working on breaking them in. Could this be the problem with it losing power? Will cart charge with key switch on?

Yes it will charge with key on. You could put it in tow if you want to.

Yes the batteries are still in their break in period and are not at full capacity yet. See this: http://cartsunlimited.net/Battery_Break-in_Methods.html

Thanks guys Learning everyday! I was wondering if I should do a little upgrade on the electrical parts. I will be taking the cart to Alabama in to some hills and even have a small creek to cross.

If you are going through water, take it real easy. They don't swim very good. (Electrics) you may want to get a bandit motor for the hills.
