I had a set of standard Carlisle cart tires with flat spots. It was incredibly annoying. Tried everything, hi/lo pressure, rotated tire position etc. etc. At extremely low pressure (5lbs in front & 10 in back) the problem did lessen somewhat, but so did performance!

The only real fix I found...a nice new set of Kenda turf tires.

Tires will get flat spots if they set for a while. My car does that, but after a few miles it's smooth.

Absolutely true - it was definitely more pronounced when cold, but no matter the temp or time running - the throbbing, bumpy ride was always present to some degree. I'm convinced I had something akin to belt separation.
