Battery charge indicator blinking

Cart has the red bar graph charge light. I had the battery's unhooked while doing other work and when I hooked them back up the light stays at lowest level and flickers, before unhooking battery's it had full charge. Everything else seem to work fine. Any ideas as to why?

Put it though a charge cycle and see what happens. I think that the charge indicator no longer knows the status of the charge.

Yeah I plugged it in for couple minutes just to see if it changed but it didn't, I'll have to do a complete charge and see what happens.

Yes that was my intent a complete charge cycle.

Left it charge over night and lights back to normal. Thanks teecro
