put a meter on the battery pack. make sure you are getting what you should. post the results. the good people on this forum will help.

I am in the process of installing 48v, 700amp controller and PQ mid range assassin. Got it all hooked up Saturday night.... no body, just a board for a seat and the steering wheel. 23" tires, scary torque and 28mph on flat ground. 28mph is faster than it sounds, especially with 6" of lift and 23's..... LOVE IT SO FAR! Call PQ, they will build just what you want.

I would say no you can the same thing for less with site sponsors here. I live about 25 min from were they are built these guys really dont care about anything but the sale.(THIS IS FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)
