Default Motor Controller Combo

i took my 02 ez go to the shop and the motor is bad i just had a stock controller replaced. what is a good combo for the motor and controller? when we ride on the cart we ride usually 2 or 3 people for 30 mins oe so would a 400 amp controller work and not burn up? i want a good setup that i can go hop on it and just ride and not worry about anything happening.

Very happy with my D&D/AllTrax 400 set up.

Was having the burn up issue prior - would ride wifey and I for about 25 minutes and then "drop us off" wherever the cart felt like dying. Since the D&D upgrade I have not had one issue and I take the cart EVERYWHERE on the daily.

Is the cart a PDS or Series? (F/R on dash is a PDS)
What size tires? (Stock is 18")
What type of terrain?

-----------------

Dependability is a two way street. Take good care of your cart and it will serve you well.

Keep the batteries as fully charged as possible, or practical. (Charge batteries each nigh cart was used during day or weekly if not used)
Keep connections clean and tight (10 ft/lb torque is max for battery posts)
Add only distilled water to batteries. Do not overfill.
