Wink Charger not starting

My Powerwise charger is not starting on my cart but charges normally on another cart. The cart is an EZ-GO PDS 36 volts. The voltage is 38 volts. I wonder if it is a bad contact on the cart side or in the plug.

If its working on another cart I would have to say its in the cart recepticle or one of the wires has a bad terminal end on the battery...the white wire from rec should go to main battery positive and the black wire should go to main battery negative...make sure neither wire end has corroded off...

Measure the voltage at the pins (Radsoks) in the cart's charge receptacle.
Should be identical to voltage between main + and - terminals on battery pack.
If no voltage, the 60A fuse in the red wire is blown, or a bad wire or connection.
If less than battery pack voltage, dirty connection or bad wire.
If same, clean outside of negative Radsok. (On the left while facing receptacle)
That is where the Auxiliary contact (Silver colored spring contact in charger's plug) senses B- to turn on charger.

Also, try wiggling the plug in receptacle. That won't cure the problem, but it will tell you the problem is at the plug/receptacle interface.
