There seems to be a couple of us dealing with this right now. Most of the responses have it limited down to thermal shutdown of the controller, solenoid, or F&R switch. I have upgraded everything (alltrax controller, 200a soelnoid, HD F&R switch, cables, micro switch, key switch, etc), but have a even larger solenoid on the way, and will post if it fixes the problem. I feel your pain! Do you have a larger tires? If so, that puts a strain on anything stock.

redfro is correct...most of the time this turns out to be a controller...
