Does anyone know of a good source for batteries in the Lafayette la area. Needing to get a set of 8 volts for cart.

I don't know about Lafayette, but if you don't mind making the drive to Baton Rouge, wholesale battery of Baton Rouge on Mammoth Drive has some good prices. Their phone number is 225-926-4693

Trojans, Pacer, and I believe they have US Batteries. I'm pretty sure the pricing is Pacer 8v are $79.95, Trojan T860 $89.95 and Trojan T875 $99.95. I just bought some batteries from there a couple of weeks ago and those are the prices I remember.

You may also want to check with your local SAMS Club as ours here carry several diff aH rating batteries in the 6v and 8v with good pricing

My situation is a bit odd. Converting from gas to electric I had no cores. Called cro carts , 110 for us battery 8v and waived core charge.
