99 EZGO wont move until I push them jump on

So plumkit will rebuild it for me? Also, where is it located and how do I get the thing off?

To remove the motor, first switch the Run/Tow switch to tow,
remove the - main battery cable from the pack,
mark/identify all the wires going to the motor,
put a wrench on the bottom nut of each motor wire stud to hold it and remove the top nut,
do this for each wire and make sure you have them marked,
motor is held by 3 bolts from the pass side,
remove these and with the help of an old belt or another person under slide motor to the drivers side to remove.
