The fact that navitas sets the battery current limit to 180 for an RXV elite replacement, makes me think they must have tested it to come up with a reasonable set point that keeps the battery happy. I do wonder if there's any benefit between their 440amp and 600amp units, if the real limit is the battery discharge limits.
I suppose there could be some scenario at low speed, but high torque that could benefit from 600 amp motor current.
