Unhappy ICONLive not connecting

Hi everyone,
I have two LVTONG electric buggies (2022-2024 models) and recently bought a programming cable for them. I'm having two different issues:

On one buggy, when trying to connect, I get a "TFW-P0301_VarTable read error" every time, even after restarting the buggy, reinstalling COM drivers, and reinstalling iCONLive.
(screenshots of ICONLive and a little description of each error: https://imgur.com/a/LGPhvWx)

On the other buggy, it shows as connected, but when I go to the "TUNING" section, everything is empty—no red flashing, no green connected state.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas? Appreciate any help!

I have the same problem as this guy (https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=194436)

The first issue you need to download the files from the software download thread. The other I'm not sure but I would check to make sure the port settings are correct.

What are you trying to accomplish? If they have Eco Battery's you can use Eco's tech tool for tuning and programming.
