Unless under load, the battery voltage dosent mean much....trays are an easy fix with aluminum angle from a home improvement store... look at them good , they may be weaker than you think...

Don't run a motor at full speed without a load on it.
Did you load test each battery? One bad battery will make the charger cook the rest by trying to charge the bad one. You may only need to replace one. On jack stands is not a load test. . |
