If you can find someone that can shave them down, that may work.

Same thing here on brand new 23” Steeling turf tires, very difficult to determine how much out of round without a wheel balance machine to measure run out.
The cart is bouncing so badly (Galloping as they called it) that the windshield cracked from the bouncing motion. Wish I know some way I could measure the amount of out of round
