Problem with Doubletake Patriot seat install on a Precedent
I received my Doubletake Patriot seat kit today for my 2012 Precedent. The install went smoothly until I got to the step to install the both the new seat back and my original drivers seat back. The kit came with two plastic mounting plates. From the directions it seems that I either need 4 plates or two plates plus a Precedent tab set. Has anyone here installed one of these seats on a Precedent? I plan to contact the dealer that I ordered from tomorrow. I would just like to know what to ask for.

I have installed a few now, you need the Precedent tab set for the front and pair of the flat mounting plates for the rear seat. I agree their instructions can you leave you hanging in some areas.

Can anyone confirm the depth of their Doubletake Patriot footrest for me? I think I have the older model that appears to have the same footrest and I’m looking to see if the hitch and grab bar will work.
