Default no solenoid click

Working on 2005 precedent golf cart. Cart was working. was removing the dash to hook up a voltage reducer. Someone had been in there and cut some wires loose and added head light on a pull switch. One of the wires touched the key switch terminals (they were only using 2 of the terminals ) big spark. Now nothing works. No busser, no solenoid, no movement at all.
I look at all the fused I could find. They all seem to be good.
I'm lost as where to start. Is there a flow chart for trouble shooting 101?? If so I could use one.
Just for information I just got the voltage reducer from David Hick and plugged it in and was checking to see where the head lights hooked up.
Thanks
Sonny

If that's it, I'll buy you a big frosty root beer.
Did not know they had a fuse there.

Thanks
